Term & Conditions
- Total fee is £ 350.00
- Advance non-refundable fee of £200.00 will be paid with the application form by the applicant.
- The remaining £150.00 will be paid before making of the decision on the day of the final meeting.
- The applicant will submit her application, in front of two male witnesses.
- If further information is required, the applicant will provide to us in writing.
- The decision will be made after 4-6 months by the members of Jamiyat Sharee Council.
- Both parties will accept the decision.
- The decision will be made after the undertaking full enquiry from both parties according to Islamic law.
- Attach a copy of your marriage certificate and passport with the application.
- Applicants will have to bring two male witnesses, who are familiar with her application and background.
- Applicant needs to get or has applied for civil divorce from county court before our decision.
